Being suspended means that the registration information is present in Farmasi, but the membership is not active. To reactivate their membership, a person must be reactivated by a sponsor, or the suspended person can reactivate themselves. If the person wishes to reactivate their own account, they need to enter the ‘Sponsor Code’ of the sponsor they want to join in the designated field on the Farmasi page and click the ‘Bring Sponsor’ button.
The reactivation process is done through Farmasi's official website using the person’s ID number and password. A confirmation code is sent to the person, which must be entered into the system to complete the reactivation process.
If someone registers with Farmasi but does not place any orders within 60 days, they will be suspended, meaning their membership will end. If a person registers and places an order but does not place any further orders for 6 months (180 days), they will also be suspended, and their membership will be terminated.
To reactivate the account, a confirmation code is sent to the person via the system. By entering the confirmation code and selecting a sponsor, the registration is renewed, and the person can start benefiting from all campaigns and services provided by Farmasi.
An old member who has been reactivated is treated as a completely new member of Farmasi. They can log into their personal page using their ID number and password.
